We also shared our experience leading community outreach during high-impact projects such as the Realign Service Change and highlighted how the 65th Anniversary celebration helped strengthen connections with riders.

We gained valuable insights while attending the @apta-info.bsky.social Marketing, Communications & Customer Experience Workshop in Georgia.

Through discussions with other transit agencies, we explored new approaches to public outreach, communications, and enhancing customer experience.

Our next Board of Directors meeting is 2/25 at 5 PM.

The meeting will cover customer service metrics, ridership changes since Realign implementation, the state of the District's fleet, and more.
