Blake’s team is leaning in on the fact that she has the right to publicly disclose the SH in accordance with The Speak Out act. Justin’s team will undoubtedly continue to argue that this was not SH and continuous barrage of information is “necessary to mitigate the recent adverse publicity.”
The judge’s decision will come down to interpretation of Rule 3.6 of Professional Conduct, specifically Rule 3.6(c):
Did the original publicity start from Blake’s team? Is it substantial enough to allow Justin’s team to respond publicly? Is his team going too far, past the limitation?

🌬️ but asbestos is just one reason people are so worried about LA’s air quality. fires also stir up hazardous materials like lead from older buildings. these particles hang in the air and are dangerous to breathe in.
🔥 according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, 73% of structures in the Palisades area were built before 1980. fires and strong winds can disturb asbestos materials, releasing really harmful fibers into the air.
🏡 our home was built in 1958, and we had similar asbestos concerns during renovations. most homes built before 1980 were constructed using this dangerous compilation of minerals.
fires in LA have caused much concern over our air quality, but why? most of the homes in the palisades are now gone. most of them very likely were built with asbestos.
