The Van Buren Dems really enjoyed being part of the Lawrence Ox Roast Festival Parade today. Our new signs brought lots of cheers, and our mascot Sparkle was the "Star" of the day.

Celebrate Labor Day with us on Monday, September 1st, as we take part in one of our community’s favorite traditions. We’ll gather at Lawrence High School, 650 W. St. Joseph Street, at 9:30 am, with the parade stepping off at 11:00 am.

The International Day for the Remembrance of the Slave Trade and its Abolition is observed on August 23 each year to honor the victims of the transatlantic slave trade and to promote awareness of its legacy.
Join the Van Buren Dems at the Lawrence Ox Roast Festival and march for democracy at the Festival Parade.
