We are hiring an intern for the summer. If you are a graduate student interested in proteins and computer science, come work with me, Franziska Seeger and a great team at @prescientdesign.bsky.social to do some cutting edge research at the interface of machine learning and structural biology.

DiffDock was a really cool paper that kick-started a whole wave of creative new approaches. There has been a lot of exciting work since then and even if AI-based docking is not fully mature yet, recent progress has been impressive. Looking forward to reading about the next iterations of Boltz-1!
