Don’t equate #interoperability with #standardization. The process of creating interoperable solutions involves so much more.
Standardization isn’t something you can just throw effort at and expect it to deliver.
I often compare it to writing a hit song: being good helps, having a great marketing strategy helps, timing helps, having some funding helps, and so on.

Ironic: as LLMs make writing much easier, I am finding not more, but less interesting and novel things to read online.
And so I keep paying more attention to the fewer people who still write their original thoughts (without LLMs - you can tell how repetitive it gets with them)

I think that "Reviewers are forbidden from using LLms to produce their reviews" should have been the first sentence. And I think it should have been followed with a statement on effort to detect LLM-generated reviews.
Really mixed messages there: Using LLMs to generate a review is forbidden, but should our reviewers do it, you shouldn't try to take advantage of it using prompt injection.
This is a gray area of ethics with a dilemna similar to "Is it ethical to steal from a thief ?"
