MPS has been using classroom (General Ed) $ to pay for technology like Chromebooks. This levy allows district to use the General Ed $ in the classroom.

I will watch, I would be more optimistic long term as tech improves. Get rid of parking ramps, street parking, 8 lane highways running through the middle of the city, get rid of personal cars and garage which takes up 1/2 of backyard.
