This is kinda hard for me to answer since there are a lot of monsters I like, but the first that came to mind was Namielle.
Monster Hunter can be really fun once you understand the flow of it. And if you have people to play with it can be even more fun.
Current weapon I like to play is Charge Blade, and trying to get other weapons in the roaster like Long Sword, Bow and the guns.

Merenge is really cute. I have a lot of personal favorites from different towns I’ve had, but I would probably choose Bree or Molly.
Hard to say cause I haven’t finished all Monster Hunter games, but currently it would be either 4U or World Iceborne.
