Today, I ofifically started the second phase of my workout camp! I did some exercises this morning and tracked my progress. Every two weeks, I'll do the same fit test again and compare the the results. Here are the day 1 results!

I've been having nightmares related to my traumas the last couple nights. Debated just staying awake tonight, but it doesn't feel like the best option. But waking up crying out of sleep sucks too. I even took a nap and had a nightmare.
