Had a dream last night that I tore down my entire WoW house (as in, there was a demolish button), and it felt... kinda freeing? I'd seriously consider doing it if I had more time to rebuild. Still busy so not right now I guess

Housing becoming monetized like this has always been a worry, and things like this do make me like it a bit less, I hope that isn't the general sentiment as that might affect engagement of the system, leading to less resources in the future, and housing could become even greater than it already is.

My partner noticed we earned Niblet before I did. Wasn't really paying attention because yenno... the whole *waves hand dejectedly* Pet Battle thing 🤷

Niblet idle interaction: sometimes player will channel a green beam into it, turning Niblet from gold to green. Niblet gets a temporary buff "Illicit Infusion" while green www.wowhead.com/spell=123056...

Holy moly, my guild finished the neighborhood endeavor already. Last one it took us almost the entire duration to complete lol. Guess it really helps that ppl are actually online and playing 😂

I had a very long day yesterday and absolutely forgot it was even a Monday. So today you'll get this Silvermoon Broom!
Magisters love to turn on their enchanted brooms before heading off to work, only to find it stuck in a corner of their Silvermoon apartment.

Over by the bulletin board in the neighborhood, a random vendor from the other vendors can spawn.

Sometimes there's no vendor and what you can buy is tied to how far the current endeavor has progressed.

Midnight Safari achievement complete, Pet reward: Do, Child of Filo

Do, Child of Filo. Finally found a Mud Potadpole, basically first thing I checked right after maintenance. Also reinstalled RareScanner just for it sheesh. Still think the long respawn timers are unnecessary, and the "rares" should get the og Unborn Valk spawn mechanic (one of each up at all times)

My metaphor was: They installed a beautiful community swimming pool. People flocked to the pool and a lot of them came every day. One day, they came and drained all of the water out of the pool. They let dirt settle in the bottom without removing it, and they let weeds grow all over everything. People complained, but they still came in small groups to use the space for barbecues on occasion, but then one day people showed up to find they’d taken a backhoe and removed the pool entirely. When the community said, “Dude, why’d you take out the pool,” they said, “Well, nobody was using it anymore.” That’s what they did to battle pets, and they did it largely because somebody up there is making decisions who doesn’t play this part of the game and has a spreadsheet with metrics on it that don’t actually apply to WoW or its pet system.

This is a pretty good metaphor of the Pet Battles situation. Also, if you haven't read the thread, Dragons spoke with a dev and basically got 'We don't know what will happen with PB, but keep providing feedback. The more noise, the more eyes will get on it.' us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/get...

Maps on WarcraftPets should be fixed for all Midnight pets now. Our web developer is still working on manually removing the brackets in the tooltips. Will be adding Razeshi C. asap

Ya'll, I truly don't think the Mud Potadpole exists. I've been camping here off and on ever since early access, and I've yet to see it. It's such a high traffic spot for killing mobs, it wouldn't surprise me if the wild pet just gets insta-deleted as soon as it spawns 🫤
