We have no desire to turn inwards, or to shirk our duties towards justice and freedom.

We want independence for Scotland, because we believe we are capable of so much more. Not just for ourselves, but for the planet.

Stop the world, Scotland wants to get on!

We stand by our record on Ukraine, and Palestine. We are realistic about our need for defense, but are clear-eyed about the threat authoritarian regimes on both sides of the Atlantic pose to peace.

This is, of course, something that is applied to the SNP as well. From blithe assertions that independence is just the same as Brexit, to Lammy calling the SNP a "national security threat", to baseless smears (usually from the profoundly ignorant) that Scottish nationalists are in league with Putin.
