This is how a refund process looks like.
Instead of receiving a mail, asking for reason and searching up the customer manually.

Thanks man! It is running on gpt-5.1 right now for the primary work as well as some mini models for smaller tasks. Works really well, but it has taken a lot of tweaking to get it right.
