The other slogans aren't apt comparisons for many reasons.
For starters,
"Yes we can" and MAGA worked BECAUSE they intended to encompass a wide platform, for better or worse, not a single policy.
As for "lock her up", everyone shouting it didn't care why, they already hated the target and her party.
Most people can grasp the idea of investing in programs that ultimately prevent crime anyway instead of bigger PD budgets.
Unfortunately, "no police/prisons" doesn't compute with many of those same folk for various reasons.
