ETC 6
On a side note, I'm thinking of rebranding my channel on all the platforms as paomwatt (pao is my real nickname, mwatt is my surname shortened since thai names tend to be very long, and "paul" sounds quite posh ๐ฅด), or maybe something else entirely. I don't even know how to pronounce mwatt...
ETC 5
Sounds cheesy but this has been my main motivation, and now I believe that Woodland may be able to do the same like it inspired me back then. And I'll likely learn a lot along the way too.
If anyone reached here, thank you! And to my future self: please take care of your parents and yourself.
ETC 4
- a bit like when you feel sad from the day, then watched some random animation or read some random stories, and grew attached to the characters and the journey as they grew up despite all the obstacles - becoming slightly more motivated to fight the next day yada yada. (14/15)
ETC 3
The main reason that I've been drawing this whole time is that I wanted to inspire people by creating an atmosphere where people feel safe to explore life and changes (13/15)
ETC 2
The tricky part is that I cannot simply quit and focus on art, as I need to support my parents financially too. So I suppose it'll take a while, hopefully around a decade. But I still have hope ๐ฅน! (12/15)
ETC 1
Right now I'm working a fulltime IT job, but my long term plan is to slowly transition into drawing full time if it becomes sustainable enough (and it seems there's lots of supporting evidence that this is a terrible idea). (11/15)
PMD 4
Briefly the comic was supposed to be like a "filler arc" where the player character got a unique dimensional scream dream sequence from touching the relic fragments, seeing glimpses of the dark future w/celebi, and escaping to wake up from the nightmare about the future. (10/15)
PMD 3
I might revisit it in the future since I've got a rough plot for it already, but might be as a writing format with supporting artworks instead. (9/15)
PMD 2
Admittedly, I used to be overconfident that I can pump out a coloured comic monthly (the last one took 3 months on/off :0), but at the current pace it seems like it'll both take ages to finish and lead to more burnout. (8/15)
PMD 1
I think I'll be pausing the pmd comic (after just 1 panel...), but instead change into occasional fanart of the dungeons/settings like I used to do for craggy coast and beach cave. (7/15)
WOODLAND 2
but given the scope of all the stories, I think I'll similarly try to use a black/white comic with occasional coloured art. There were some older experimental animations which I think I'll put them on the experiment category. But the series itself will be my main update from now (6/15).
WOODLAND 1
My main long-term goal, a story about a giant tree and the people living/growing up on it. I plan to write it as either a novel, comic, movie, etc. (all the story chapters are in my head right now, so 0% progress :v) Right now, I wanted to put more focus on this. (5/15)
PASS BY REFERENCE 2
I'm thinking a black/white comic with occasional coloured strips would make it more sustainable, but the plan for this series would be to make it experimental instead of my main posts. (4/15)
PASS BY REFERENCE 1
I planned for it as an experiment with no fixed plot to learn stuff e.g. storywriting, dialogue writing etc. Atm there's some comics that I posted before, but the ~11 panels comic alone took almost 6 months. (3/15)
Mainly, I wanted to make my posts more focused on fewer things to maintain consistent updates (my original series) while placing experimental stuff and some others on the side: (2/15)
UPDATES!
I feel like I barely post recently because of work, personal stuff, and work burnout ;-;. And the state of my posts seem to have an identity crisis (pokemon? original series? doodles?). But! I want to update on changes this year so that I can update consistently and progress my goals (1/15)

Sepia toned drawing depicting three children spending an afternoon in a library. It has arrays of bookshelves with a large window on one wall side. Fafnir and Flavio are sitting across each other along the bookshelves. Fafnir is sitting next to a stack of books while Flavio is sitting next to his removed shoes. Both of them are looking at Arianna, who is gleefully calling over the boys to come out and play.
(2018) Old art that I still like very much. I am fated to draw many bookshelves for my fav characters and OCs, it seems #eo2u
