My cat, Loki is very poorly and I am afraid what might be wrong as he's not even eating properly and I still have to wait till tomorrow to get a vet to see him.
My boy has never in these past 10 years left his bowl without finishing his meal and he's of age so any vet visit could be his last. 💔

Elder Scrolls Online just barely went past what was for years my longest played game, Dota 2. 👀

We'd used to have these drinking parties/meetups. Sometimes they were in public spaces, but most often someone literally let 20-40 people into their own homes. Some near complete strangers.
I hosted four parties like these at my parent's house. 30+ people drinking and back then it was normal to do.
I'm just amazed how I get to relive my punk teen youth all over again through @waxheadsgame.bsky.social now.

A group of friends who build together is fine, I think. But it's better to know who you're collaborating with than to do it with random people.
In uni we were encouraged to form teams with like minded people to make stuff together and see if we could form something more substantial from it.
Everything requires experience, but real employers aren't necessarily counting it as experience. Be aware of it that you or they might be breaking the law by having you there and to only do it as much as you are able to while also focusing on your own job hunting and what skills you gain now for it.
There are now whole game studios being built with "volunteers" too. It's pretty awful.

I think one part of why I don't like to portray myself a lot online is around this.
I prefer to keep a lot of me private, for myself only. I have always been very open and honest on camera, under a lens, but no matter what, I do keep some parts away from the prying eyes.

My own private data (like parts of my ID were leaked by another company 2025 and they gave me a lifetime access to a service to guard my information being leaked/used online.
Having your official identity leaked sucks. I get monthly reminders for that, seemingly for the rest of my life.
The problem is that EU is giving a tool to identify securely online without compromising your government documents... At the end of 2026 (if it's ready by then...).
Discord is jumping the gun before their users can even secure their own identities.
There's enough reason for concern.
