Illusion of Safety: Duck Key [Rosemary Sprigs + Lemonade + Ginger] Fruited Sour
This iteration of Illusion of Safety is actually a variant of our Adroit Theory’s Baby Sour. We took our base beer which was brewed with Rosemary Sprigs + Lemonade, and then conditioned it on ginger.
THIS is a Cream Stout. A style we started back in 2017. If you know, you know. For the uninitiated, imagine a melted Dairy Queen Blizzard, but with alcohol. Yep, you got it
