White chicken chili: just a bunch of onion, white beans, green chiles, corn, cheapo chicken, and seasoning. Throw into a pot of chicken broth. Add a block of neufchâtel (diet cream cheese) at the end. If I'm feeling motivated, I'll top it with avocado slices, fresh cilantro, lime juice, and cheese
