Heathrow T5 is the worst experience. Even the staff despise it. On two occasions I’ve gone through, so many trays were routinely queued for inspection, that the trays behind it couldn’t be processed so everything stopped for several minutes.

I appealed it and the spam label has been lifted. Odd 🤷🏽‍♀️
