Demonstrates quite drastically how difficult it is to track performance indicators in such a system with large inertia. The next German government can already be "congratulated" today, that they will be supervising a strong increase of wind capacity additions.

Danke für euren openenergytracker. Wenn man die Auktionsstatistiken der BNetzA (www.bundesnetzagentur.de/DE/Fachtheme...) noch mit hineinzieht -- unter der Annahme dass alle bezuschlagten Gebote nach 24-32 Monaten realisiert werden -- kann man doch gleich wieder ein bisschen hoffen.
