Oh god I’ll never forget the day some dude went off on me in a Twitter thread about saying oat milk/soy milk and I was like “this is weird and extremely pedantic” and I checked his bio and he was a dairy farmer.

The annoying thing is that lean animal protein is really good for a fucked up gut struggling to process more complex proteins but these freaks are taking this very niche nugget of nutritional knowledge to the most stupid degree imaginable.
