2/He basically just declared it's a UN partner/equal but the prerequisite for joining for life is 1 billion dollars not an actual comittment peace? This seems like they are setting up a shield for their consequences and maybe for tier cruelity to continue.

This rakes place on a place where branches are near each other high in the forest.
I have a little more work to do, but I'm already liking where this piece is going. I love being inspired to do alot more art.
