What I thought, what I planned, and what I designed start to cover the city and, day by day, possess people’s brains subconsciously.

It will not take so much as half a month for people to begin to take the bubbles for granted, as we’ve been doing the facemasks since the COVID outbreaks.

It does not cost very much, either. All I need for the plan is just a huge amount of soap and a simple machine. Technically, it is possible both legally and financially for an ordinary person to perform this event and build a new colourful city.

As far as I know, it is not illegal since the bubbles do not, or cannot, kill nor harm anybody nor break any materials in the city. They just change the colour of the sky.

Once I push the button, the machine begins to send numerous bubbles through the window towards the blue sky of the city and never stops until I push the button again.

Last night, under influence of sleeping drug, I randomly thought about an automatic bubble-making machine placed by the window of some room on a high floor of a skyscraper.
