FYI for fellow narrative designers/game writers: the studio in question is Sentona Games and it’s my understanding they are currently interviewing to replace me. Be very careful with them. They were very nice to me and easy to work with right up until I needed the money I was promised.

I was thinking about things like better text to speech integration and navigation. Captioning etc. I’m an artist and disabled myself so I’m not terribly happy about the way such tools are being used. But I’m also not convinced that the backlash is going to help regulate this in a sane way.
Done. I only added the caveat that the only reason I would want it, is to make the platform more accessible to disabled users. Otherwise I don’t want “features” that make this impossible to use while eating resources and private data.
Funny how I did these things all my life, but I do them with purpose and without shame.

Quand j’avais fait le test en labo c’était pas encore visible sur le test « maison ». Mais c’est pour ça que je fait au moins deux tests quand je suis malade.
Ah tiens? C’est bon à savoir. A l’époque le médecin m’avait expliqué le délai de 3-4 jours. Mais c’est intéressant le truc de la période du jour. Merci!

Ces test maison ne montrent généralement des résultats que après 4-5 jours de maladie. Donc si les gens le font le premier jour ça peut être négatif.

Convention going takes a lot of time. Time not spent doing the creative job. It’s time for a change but with AI things are changing the wrong way.
So of course meeting people should be free, it’s all wrong.
If industries paid their artists better this wouldn’t be an issue. I see authors and illustrators forced to go to conventions because it’s what pays their bills. Obviously it should be the other way around.
French illustrators just boycotted the biggest festival because they weren’t getting paid

I never finished my tale of Circadia, not just because I can't say it in words (it was going to be mostly illustrations, when I still could paint daily), but also because it's difficult to follow a "non classical" path of storytelling and stay compelling for others.
