For Whom the Bell Tolls shows how beautiful she was with short hair.
You can see how much her daughter Isabella takes after her.
Well that was unexpectedly different - in a nice way.
Wish I'd kept my Norwegian up too.
Kanwal Sibal @KanwalSibal β’ 6h X The Iranian ship will not be where it was if we had not invited it to talk part in our Milan exercise. We were the hosts. I am told that as per protocol for this exercise ships cannot carry any ammunition. It was defenceless. The Iranian naval personnel had paraded before our president. The attack by the US submarine was premeditated as the US was aware of the Iranian ship's presence in the exercise to which the US navy was invited but withdrew from participation at the last minute, presumably with this operation in mind. The US has ignored India's sensitivities as the ship was in these waters because of India's invitation. We are far from politically or militarily responsible for the US attack. Our"responsibility" is at a moral and human plane. A word of condolence by the Indian Navy ( after political clearance) at the loss of lives of those who were our invitees and saluted our president would be in order.
Some context to the Iranian boat that was targeted by US off Sri Lanka coast

The groundswell of anger against Katie Hopkins touring Britain like she's just some normal celebrity grows.

Might have to summon VercingΓ©torix in the hope that he is more successful this time.
We often have one or two flying above our housing estate here in Milton Keynes.
Nice to be able to sit on the sofa and see them if we're not outside.
My East End (London) Nan used to go on about having hokeypokey ice cream as a treat when she was a kid.
I used to develop my thinking by considering the impact of several different scenarios, on large organisations, small businesses to 'granny out in the sticks'.
It doesn't mean leaving things as they are, but ensuring people aren't left behind because of information, technology or cost.
Reminds me of when I was working on customs policy years ago in several multilateral organisations.
Some people assumed because they & their friends knew about customs processes, everyone would, esp how to classify goods and gifts.
That everyone had access to online information, etc, etc.
When it came to the crouch down, kick your leg out bit I almost faceplanted.
Memories of trying to do Cossack dancing during my Russian lessons at York Uni many, many years ago.
The Whipsnade Lion
That's why you have a 'dump' document where you store your good phrases, to be pulled, like snippets of music from Michael Nyman's wastepaper bin, and incorporated in something where they do fit.

Took me a while to realise that of course the next Winter Olympics are then. It seemed so many years away π΅βπ«
Hope they build on their experiences.

He suspect formally known as Prince #Andrew
My Dad's photos from his National Service in Egypt post-war were also small format.
His time there was a lot more peaceful but he did do firewatch in London when he was 15.
If the UK can arrest a Prince for his role in Epstein scandal, the US must be able to arrest a scumbag like Donald Trump!
