I think it's worth adding that the problem wasn't that there was a combat playtest. Neopets has fighting, we expected combat. The problem was that the original pitch was for an original d20 ttrpg because D&D rules weren't fitting the pre-kickstarter concepts. Two years on and it was based on D&D

At this point they've totally locked down the discord.
refunds were offered in writing on the campaign page multiple times, so i advise anyone who did back it to go request one on the kickstarter page

Calling/Emailing your reps is cool and all guys but I really, really recommend you donate to groups such as EFF or FSC. Studies show that politics are heavily influenced by money. It's important the issues we support are funded too, as well as social pressure. Even just $10 from many is a lot.
