Indeed. I'd written the 1st draft a year after the first book but then wanted to finish the Roseblood trilogy. Then wrote another book called Rebirth. And finally the third Mister Jack horror novel. Figured it was about time! 😉

100 pages into this masterpiece, easily will be my favorite read of 2025. Much like Tananarive Due did with The Reformatory, blending history with horror, this book is simply enthralling. Gives a whole new spin on vampires much like Anne Rice did with Interview. Highest of recommendations!
