Yeah this being a Hilton Doubletree was insane! Fully booked too because of the convention. And they couldn't do a single thing to help me. It's been almost 2 days since I emailed the manager and no response yet.
It really was! I couldn't even breathe well in the room and was having so many panic attacks.
Had the worst fucking hotel experience of my LIFE this weekend. The Hilton DoubleTree Miami Convention Hotel blahblah had busted AC, filthy rooms, broken TVs, and my entire room smelled like mold. I could barely sleep for 4 days. I need a refund.
