If your are using Hue, the default setting will turn them on. You need to set ”power loss recovery”.

And even then, if the power flickers on and off, they will turn on because it thinks something is flicking the switch repeatedly (which is not changeable behavior).

It’s hung great😉. The redrilled strike hole is a tiny bit off. And I’ll want to redo that. I spent a lot of time making sure it swung correctly, and was correctly positioned in the frame, and I even trusted by “hole alignment tool”…. 🤷‍♂️

House was missing a door when we bought it (WTF?) and instead had some sort of scrapped together former dog-door instead of a door to the deck.

Found a guy off marketplace who had a door he needed to get rid of. And he didn’t even murder me. Should work, now I need to remember how to do this.
