✅ Findings:
• Human-in-the-loop translations matched or beat professional quality
• Were most frequently preferred by evaluators
• Took less than half the time to complete

We compared ChatGPT-4o, professional linguists, and GPT+professional (human-in-the-loop) workflows translating hospital d/c instructions for 6 languages.
