Last push on my dissertation proposal and my attention has turned to dust. Any support or volunteers to sit and stare at me until I complete it massively appreciated.

This is really feeling like the longest winter.

I heard a great analogy once of the symptoms being like many dials on an oven and each persons dials are set to varying degrees. Really stuck with me.

Strong Female Character - Fern Brady

Really enjoyed this insight into the dangers of cramming yourself into “normal” ways of existing in society as an undiagnosed autistic individual. Very funny, insightful & gutting. At times didn’t agree with her opinions but overall lapped the book up.
