As someone who grew up in South Africa, at around the same time, the culture was brutally bigoted and extremely right wing. It takes work to overcome that.

Bad day yesterday. There was an argument between my mom and sister and my mom shouted and set off a bad seizure. So then my mom, aunt and nan piled onto my sister. So I had more seizures because my sister got upset (shouting and crying) and my two nieces…

Discovered that when my walking gets all wiggly, I can still dance, jog, follow someone else or count/hum and then I can walk again.
So weird!

I’d love to see Sadiq Khan as Prime Minister. I think he could be a great one.
Cutting down social media exposure has been key to reducing my stress and I have been fitting less and experienced fewer tremors and muscle control issues.
It’s impossible to stay informed and mentally healthy for me right now, take care of yourselves.

My diagnosis was confirmed yesterday by my neurologist. This is a live changing condition.
Signs to watch out for:
Weakness in the legs whilst going downstairs, blurred or double vision, tremors in your hands.
These are symptoms predate my first big episode.
Oh that is a good one! I would love that too. I particularly like that last year was the first year that I spent more time in the 21st century then in the 20th and for some reason that was a milestone for me!

I’m pretty convinced that the main reason that they cancelled Kaos, which was an absolutely amazing and brilliant series, because of the trans character and the queer relationships in the show.
It already is. Infinity Train, Batgirl, the episode of Moon Girl, the trans girl from that pixar show. Not to mention all the instances of confirmed censorship behind the scenes during the creation of shows and films, and various ones Ive heard of that arent public. They already did it.
