yeah its unfortunate but i've been taking magnesium at night and it helps A LOT with the spasms and aches

im keeping that in mind and riding through!

i also quit wellbutrin at the same time! so honestly these withdrawals would be from lexapro and/or wellbutrin, it's hard to tell (though im mostly guessing its the lexapro)

for me brain fog, muscle spasms at night, restless legs, and anxiety shakes are what i'm experiencing physically

i know i think i'm stronger than the withdrawals that come from quitting lexapro cold turkey after 4 years on it but man.... it's kicking my ass physically and emotionally
