Thanks to a wonderful, intrepid follower, Kassandra, I now have the fourth interview regarding the victim's statements to the FBI about Trump.

Those are the forms that the FBI uses to take and memorialize witness statements. In other words, the this victim was giving a statement to an FBI agent.

SPANK! COURT SPANKS AND THREATENS ADMINISTRATION: "THIS COURT WILL ENFORCE THE CONSTITUTION"
This is such a wonderful opinion and order - it's full of things like "The Constitution does not contemplate violations in installments" and "This Court will uphold the Constitution"!
That's when he appealed it to the Supreme Court and, as you know, a bit over a week ago the Supreme Court ruled that Trump did *not* have the authority to impose those tariffs...

The ICT ruled against Trump last year, and so he appealed it (also last year) to the Court of Appeals. In a massive (127 page!) opinion the Court of Appeals also ruled *against* Trump.
