having a conversation about game design and it's making me feel like people have been a bit spoiled by wide screen options in retro games and it's making me think that people are just thinking widescreen is a patch all that improves everygame but don't really think about what games really need it.

I can make additional graphics as they come up after I start coding but like lol.

I also greatly prefer coding all the pieces of the game before commiting to level design and making as well, including having bosses ready to go. Its nice.

Making The Ever Angelic Slayer Of Devils, Bell, and this current metroid for da gam jam has basically confirmed to me that Im kinda goated at making games but I need to explicitly plan and sprite the entire game before sitting down to code it

Spent the last month or so working on this new (and very important!) area for ABYSS X ZERO!

Haven't worked on an area like this since the Downtown from UNSIGHTED, so it's been very nostalgic to create these urban/city assets.

unfortunately it isn't possible to adjust a wristwatch to account for the switch to daylight saving time. there are plenty of hucksters out there who claim it can be done, but the reality is that your watch is now defective and must be discarded in a fresh waterway such as a river or swimming pool
