Today I requested the California Bar Association investigators to provide the 150 emails they claimed to have sent, and I am awaiting their response.

If a fraudster convicted by a New York court can still be described as trustworthy by the California Bar Association, then either the ethical review is completely ineffective or he is corrupt. Is there any third explanation?
