This is happening in my neighborhood.
I live farther north along the Rio Arriba County border. This area has been disowned by the county except to collect oil and gas revenues. We cannot use services for county residents because they say we live in another county. We have non-county zip codes because there is no mail delivery here.
I did not like it and I am not a talkative person.
