First floor of an inn called the "Dawn's Nest" in Beregost, a small town on the Sword Coast. This floor has six inn rooms (3 rentable and 3 inhabited by inn-workers), a large dining room and bar area with a performance stage, a restroom, a kitchen, and a pantry. The inn is decorated in scarlet, orange, and gold. The three inn workers' rooms are labeled (from left to right): "Barrin's room,""Frey's room," and "Phisany's room." Barrin's room is decorated in black and purple and has a fireplace and a large desk with a ledger and a closet with a false-back, leading to a secret stairwell, Frey's room is green and scarlet with lots of books and bookshelves, and Phisany's room is pink and blue with flowers. A logo and title for the inn are at the bottom right of the page: a bronze rising sun protruding from a wooden nest with the words "Dawn's Nest Inn" in red and orange beneath it. Smaller and in white is the word "Beregost."
