This is a technical story with stunning strategic implications. It is quite possible the US launched a massive war because Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff lacked the technical expertise to even understand what the Iranians were offering in negotiations. Absolute idiocy.

Ahah, it's a perfect time for a "sorry not sorry" then :)
Hope it will bring more joy than frustration :)
I will try that with the older one, thank you !
Cool, i will try it with my 12 y old history lesson on "so, how went farmers in late middle age in Europe ?"
(I will try to not add "and how can you compare that feudal organization to late capitalism ? You noticed 3 note centuries passed before French revolution ?")
Thank you very much !
Oh yes, likely. Still, humans seem to react to incentives, and 'I don't like that sensation' is unfortunately a good one. The good part is that curiosity and the joy of making the lines blinking bright is often enough to overcome it.
It just takes literal decades 🤷♀️
Yes, it can be Claude - and it's the less evil aligned it seems, so let say it's Claude.
It's primarily for my children, who would immensely benefit from active learning, ut who don't have access to an agent / cli version. And I don't know if claude skills can work in the chatbot webui
nothing wrong with benefitting from explanatory modes. They seem to provide a lot of useful foundation. Just saying passively reading is rarely a complete step, needs translation into active learning and production
Also : thank you so much for that, building Commons for all that will benefits future generations.
I don't know much about claude skills, but does it works on the chatbot (even partially) ?
(Obviously, with a truck of salt, all the cognitive biases you can throw in the soup, the lurking unknown unknowns, and all the usual bestiary of "oh my God humans are so broken it's a miracle we're even able to no kill us by inattention")
The funny thing as a learner is that during a session I generally perfectly know where are my gaps: it's where it hurts because the tiny force likes between concepts are all blurred or filled with "here be dragons" in place of clear causal/feedback loops.
But since it hurts, I don't want to go there
Ukrainian forces have pushed Russian troops out of most occupied areas in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast after several weeks of counterattacks along the section of the front where Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts meet.

Bellingcat analysis makes a strong case that a US tomahawk hit that girl's school in Iran, contrary to U.S. government claims

Just a reminder it’s been two days since reports came out, later acknowledged by Trump and his Administration, that Russia has been helping Iran to try and kill US military personnel.
And the Trump response so far has been...drum roll please...to reduce sanctions on Russia!
Trump is today telling every member of the US military that it is ok with him if Russia helps Iran kill them--every one.
Once again Americans, Trump looks at US military personnel as suckers and losers that he can sacrifice for his own glory and profit. This is who leads
Wow. The subjects you listed aren't even a bit non obviously scammy/parasitic/sociopathic. I'm sorry for you that just telling the obvious lead to violence against you. And I would prefer a civilisation where the scale for "is this fishy ?" isn't people saying the truth getting yelled at
The war against Iran has already a winner- the guys who provide Iran with intelligence on the US. Genius.
Bravo.
“if you won’t respect me I won’t respect you” and they mean “if you won’t treat me like an authority I won’t treat you like a person”
and they think they’re being fair but they aren’t, and it’s not okay

Sometimes people use “respect” to mean “treating someone like a person” and sometimes they use “respect” to mean “treating someone like an authority”
and sometimes people who are used to being treated like an authority say :
