Her scythe got blessed by Hydaelyn and when she met with Venat, Moni was able to learn to guide the lost souls to their stars instead of rotting forever in the after life.

Moni's 13th shard ended up going insane after losing two of her loved ones. She ended up becoming a Reaper and taking Diablos (former lover) as her Avatar. Moni became the opposite and leads the souls to a divine realm instead.
