He is our cheeky loveable wobbly boy, and we couldnβt love him and Meredith anymore if we tried. Thank you for reading Cheddarβs rescue story π§‘π©Ά
behaviours with food that suggest he had to fight/scavenge. We canβt feed him and Meredith together as he just steals all her food. He will also run off to a corner with food/ treats in his mouth. Hopefully in time he will realise he is safe and will never have to go without anything ever again π§‘

How anyone could just dump him, we will never ever know. How he fended for himself as a stray with CH and being deaf, it doesnβt bear thinking about. He could have so easily been hurt or hit by a car. It truly breaks our hearts to think he ever had to struggle, and he does display
is definitely mild doesnβt hold him back in the slightest. His little head wobbles are the cutest thing. Since rescuing him we have also discovered he is more than likely deaf πΏ So he can be startled quite easily and doesnβt respond to noise at all. But we love him all the same and wouldnβt be
They still have their little moments but itβs just sibling love. Cheddar absolutely adores Meredith and is always chirping and looking for her to play.
They are physically at a very similar level of strength in terms of jumping/climbing. So they compliment each others energy perfectly. His CH
It has now been 3 months since we brought him into our family and itβs like heβs always been a part of it.
The introduction was hard, and Meredith was not happy. But we were patient and after lots of tears from mum, hisses and smacks from Meredith, we are now -most of the time- friends π§‘π©Ά
The rescue agreed and picked us out of so many enquiries for this special boy. We were over the moon, and we travelled an hour or so to meet him and hopefully take him home the following week.
From the moment we saw him, we just knew. Mum cried with Cheddar purring in her arms on the drive home π§‘
