Looks like our predecessor's (the guy who built this house) DIY bullshittery strikes again.
The panel was likely buzzing because of loose connections and breakers (which would also explain the insane bill we just got).
So we're getting the entire panel replaced.
My brother definitely can. And was like master of the wall flip when he was 14. But he is quite a bit more bendy than I am.
He also ended up doing the pole vault and running hurdles in high school. I on the other hand was busy skipping classes and smoking. 😅
