Today 3/6 is my dad's first birthday since he passed away in December... He would have been 92...

She is a designer and has been working in NYC for 15+ years... I'm not offering anything to her except to show her around and she's not asking anything from me... We just seem to get along as we chat...

I had a Benedict/Sofie moment today... A woman randomly asked me to PM her... I did... She's looking to move and retire where I live... She is of Chinese origin, I was completely captivated by her, and we spent the rest of the day chatting... She'll be visiting in May... I'll be her guide...

My dad sold airplanes... I answered the phone when Eddie Rabbitt called asking to speak to my dad about getting an airplane... I had no idea who he was at the time...

Silly thoughts... I worked for many years in tall office buildings... 64th and 28th floors... When I was alone I would jump and spin as it was going down... I realized I was falling at the same rate, but I was fun that I always tried it... I never spun more that I could on the ground...

Exactly...

I live in a port city... It's fun to watch these big ships on the river...

I don't refer to it as SOTU.

I call it Trump STFU.

I hate bloat, so I say no, unless there's something you need it for... I don't print anything from my phone... My phone is for phone calls and messages...

My bed is in a confined space... I only have access to one side to get in/out... I have to move things when I change the bed, but it always makes me think why it's always been this way and who started it...

As a single person without others in my bed, and with a decent mattress cover, why would I need sheets? They seem to get lost in my bed most nights...

This is an honest question... I've worked in hotels, have done laundry to prepare for the next day...

I've just never thought about this before...

This is something I've never thought about, and it's funny that on Valentines Day that I'm thinking about this...

Why, when, how, did we get to the point of making beds in the tradition of mattress, fitted sheet, flat sheet, bedspread...

My dad died just before Christmas... Mom has been in the hospital... They had a 6 month courtship before their marriage of 67 years... His last words to her "Will you marry me"... She said Yes...

I'm thinking about the outside cat that used to visit... I fed it, but it never came inside... I had 2 other cats at the time...

Agreed... I lived in NJ in the late 90's, I visited his trashy Casinos, I watched the Apprentice from the UK hoping his kids would be sane, moved back to the US and people were terrified about Obama...

How cool is this... A friend made this scarf for me... She did a waffle pattern that I like in the colors that I love!... I'll wear it even when it's not cold! The bedspread is Mt Fuji, which I've climbed...

I lived in Sydney during the 2000 Olympics... I would swim 20 laps of a 50m pool at lunch, and 40 laps on the weekends...
