A little odd to be seeing this in February!
A little odd to be seeing this in February!
Not a good day on the sporting front ☹️
Ashes ready!
I’ve been waiting for this setting since I first switched to Mac in 2013!
It cannot remember the previous time I listened to all four sides of Moonflower by Santana, but I should do it more often— it's rather good!

En route to Leeds Playhouse to see "To Kill A Mockingbird" — which I read for my English Literature 'O' Level exam 46 years ago!

I was too late with my Iron Man application and so had to find something else to do today

It seems my tender has been rejected because I turned up wearing my Everton-blue T-shirt! 🔵⚪️🔵
I was in Liverpool, so decided to pop up to Anfield and drop off my tender to update their Champions Wall at the end of the season. I expect to be the lowest cost, but I may be in trouble if they are not stick-on numbers.

Covers of the first four Led Zeppelin albums
Doing my homework before going to see "Becoming Led Zeppelin" at Wetherby Cinema later today. I might even continue the rock 'n' roll lifestyle with fish 'n' chips at The Wetherby Whaler afterwards.

Merchant of Venice — 1936, starring Tracy-Ann Oberman at The Leeds Playhouse
En route to The Leeds Playhouse; first theatre trip in a while… looking forward to a bite to eat and then The Merchant of Venice — 1936. Seems apt in current times.
My shadow on a sunny February day.
I haven’t seen one of these in a while!
Hints of a welcome springtime.
Dr G was fab! (I an old style typeface)
Thoroughly enjoyed Dr Georgina Wilson’s fabulous talk — Why Making Books Means Reading Differently — this evening at Thin Ice Press: the York Centre for Print.

Album cover of Bob Dylan’s Highway 61 Revisited
Enjoying the landmark “Highway 61 Revisited” after seeing the excellent “A Complete Unknown” at Wetherby Cinema — both of which see the completion of Bob’s 1965 electric pivot! Favourite Track? Probably “Just Like Tom Thumb’s Blues”

Apple Intelligence seems to be missing something here…
Whilst it is not my main router I still use my Airport (cannot remember the full name of the tower version) to provide a wireless and always on Time Machine backup for my vintage MacBook Air.
Me too!

Listening to …
What a difference a day makes…
When, when will the icicle melt? #ListeningTo No Need To Argue by The Cranberries which I must've originally bought on CD in the 1990s — I had forgotten how much I love listening to to the sound of Delores O'Riordan
Some autumnal (aka fall) colour (aka color) from my walking today on a beautiful day (and reprieve) from the rain.
So now I’m here what should I be doing?
