In at 3am because some doctor unplugged something then said his light didnt work anymore.... then wouldn't give me the room until after hours. Good morning yall.

It will likely get some racecar stuff as its going to mainly be a mountain carver/track toy. Like I love GTO seats but I need more bolstering for the driving I wanna do. The real fix would be a quick rack but impossible to find now.

Got so much done today with the help of @sierralune.bsky.social. All fluids are now changed, new front brakes, adjusted the dampening on the coilovers and we swapped out the faded Pontiac logos. It drives incredible now and no clunks!

All the track stickers on the GTI are different shades of purple. It finally bothered me enough to reorder it all in white vinyl.

I love the indy 500s on my mk8! They work so well in the mountains!

Tomorrow is gonna be fun. Should be able to get almost all of the top list done and even scheduled new tint for next week.

I tend to stay out of Fandom drama, but its time to stop caring what some person thinks. I both understand due to staffing and legal why this may have happened but disagree with the decision. Next we'll be back on the pup hood bullshit. Let people enjoy being themselves if its consensual and legal.

I think most techs, myself included, avoid cath because it generally goes bad with a patient on the table. Its a different kind of stress and one I understand not wanting. MR and CT are stress from admin because they are money makers, but generally if they break with a patient its not invasive.

I dont work for an OEM but my focus is on Siemens equipment. Im trained up on just about every one of their scanners... not a ton of people out there are certified for photon counting ct.

Thats honestly really cool to see someone actually know and get what I do. Haha

Its sometimes thankless but direct customers you interface with are normally some super cool people... but you also gotta deal with administration etc.

It definitely makes sense and generally is an idea I try to follow myself. Sometimes things overpower us though. <3

Ive been having an extremely hard time with work lately. Short staffed, overworked... what unfortunatly feels like the normal for us all lately. Broke down and for a split second wanted my old job in FL back. Feeling so broken at work and to tired to enjoy my personal life. It sucks.
