I am a Nextdoor pest, I know everyone says it’s a waste of time, but if we don’t challenge the Reform voters there, where will we challenge them?

It’s hilarious when you realise that he genuinely thinks he’s the adult in all this!
I assume it’s actually a threat, it’s not dangerous otherwise.
I’m not sure that this isn’t a good thing in leadership, but I suppose it could also apply to Trump.
Yes, I was replying to a comment, but personally I don’t care how children access books, if they read electronically, I am happy. It’s the love of reading that I am sad about.
I don’t think enough people shout about this, I loved reading and loved English as a result, why do my children who go to Waterstones as their top treat hate English so much? Is it because of the pressure on schools?
Yeah, dry January is a very long month!
You are right sorry!
Don’t do it Don… oh well if you must!
That’s a relief, it was a nasty thought, he’s not going to go easily though.
Can Trump delay or avoid an election because the country is at war? Will this stop you from removing him in three years?
That would be wonderful, I would have expected the government to kick things off by not using it themselves and encouraging large reputable companies to do the same, a ban seems like a power flex, but I support it.
I actually did used to go to the pub alone and I did find some good company there. Looking back I was drinking too much at the time and like you my children are much more moderate than I was. Perhaps times have moved on, but I enjoyed the atmosphere.
I love Bluesky but the trouble is that we do all accept that, the people that need to start accepting it are too busy playing with AI porn in the dark place.
It does feel a bit like we are punishing the end result and not the cause of the problem.
We don’t get squeamish about banning guns, banning this dangerous machine would be the same.
I really love the pub and I don’t want us to lose them, personally I would prefer to support them, although sadly I am not the woman I was in my youth. Meanwhile, there do seem to be several thriving near me. They are the ones that work hard on events.
Micro breweries also seem popular here.
I like Green Wheat crockery, but I really don’t need 20 tea cups with saucers and 18 egg cups, I also don’t need all the coffee pots, but what can I do with them?
I have always felt that about it!
I like that
I don’t think that people really understand tax, they view it as a bad thing, it needs to be re branded or something.
That’s a genius idea! We could add a tax on the Union Flag and the England flag to support our country.
In the end the government is there to serve the people and people are annoyingly anti income tax. The answer might be that we need to work on making people understand why higher taxes lead to happier people.
I’m actually waiting for my Apple phone to die. I want to keep it going as long as possible for the environment, but I also really want to move away from iOS .
I’m also really looking forward to switching to a Nothing Phone, they look great
I’m switching from now!
I found this on toothpaste
Any recommendations for baked beans?
This is so wrong, there are armies of elderly people who love to report pot holes and street lights, unemptied poo bins, debris on the roads, who are unable to get access to real people to badger.
I feel we are witnessing societal decline.
It looks like I’m going to have to wean the kids off Kelloggs too, that should save some cash.
