I might be the smartest person alive
It's truly shocking how much less compulsive your phone use becomes when you configure it to be B&W / grayscale.
last time I heard this it was: a priest, a pastor, and a rabbit go to donate blood. The nurse asks, "What's your blood type?" and the rabbit says, "I think I'm a type O."
This means that either a) they're really badly targeted or b) this kind of prescription drug advertising is profitable enough to just show to everybody.
Note that I do not use Amazon Prime Pharmacy and I have not seen a single ad for a problem that I have. Not one for a problem I would even consider a possibility.
The quantity and variety of ads that I get for prescription drugs while watching Amazon Prime is INSANE.
I should have been more suspicious when I saw that it was 5 minutes long
I just watched a video titled "Funny moments from The Starving Games" and let me tell you that description was NOT accurate.
basically what I'm saying is that I'm a thousand years old
watching How I Met Your Mother for the first time right now
it's set in 2005
which weirdly makes it kind of like watching the Wonder Years depicting 1968 when it premiered in 1988
glad to hear TikTok is back online, I don't know what people would have done without their daily dose of mediocre dance videos and tiring "comedy" skits
I don't think that people _almost_ recognizing Tony Hawk will ever get old
really glad that I'm getting a dozen emails every day from financial institutions telling me that someday this year I'll get tax documents from them, it's really important information that I was really concerned about and I wasn't just going to go chase down at the last minute anyway
sparking partnerships (headline)
you can only call them alliances if they're formed in the Alliance, OH area... otherwise they're
most of the time when somebody asks you for an opinion on a decision what they really want is for you to just tell them what they were going to do anyway
my son takes music lessons and every couple of months the school has a recital. it's pretty much just kids between ages 6 and 16. except Tony. Tony is a middle aged dad learning the bass and he goes out there and plays his best Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
stay gold, Tony.
I can't believe the absolute absurdity that non alcoholic white claw exists
it's 2025 and there's still not a way to tell websites that you visit that you never, ever want to install their stupid app
sure, let's remove fact checking too, why not
the thing I love about Facebook now is how it shows me ads for things I don't care about and also shows me suggested posts that I do not want to see and very occasionally interrupts suggested posts and ads with personal updates from my network
I just ate a lot of cookies and pizza before midnight so I can certainly say Iβm living my best life
remember 20 years ago when Geico introduced the caveman and it was sort of almost funny then?
good thing they realized they beat all of the humor out of that idea a decade ago, itβd be awful to see those commercials over and over again today

hiring is probably the most important thing to get right in a company, and choosing the right company is probably the most important thing for the candidate... so it absolutely blows my mind that I see people on LinkedIn complaining about having to do more than two interviews for a position
not a big Hugh Grant fan or anything but I appreciate how much mundane stuff he absolutely hates

my Grinch trait is that I absolutely can't stand that "Wonderful Christmastime" song. Like I really really hate it. If I have to hear it once, I am not simply having a wonderful Christmastime.
not making it up
I like to teach data structures but I have more fun teaching web development or other courses where I can employ project based learning
I think I just did too many follow indiscriminate follow backs
