Self-described "bounty hunters" driving a fake company van pulled a weapon on observers in downtown Minneapolis yesterday. As usual, the loyal ICE lapdogs of Hennepin County were useless, asking folks to submit a form online, despite many eyewitnesses on-scene they could simply listen to.
