The one on the left is a simple menu, the one on the right is not. There is a divider and in general it is a more complex menu. Maybe because of this the new coloring is not applied correctly.
It's just a guess, but if you look closely, in the case on the left the background looks like a material, while in the case on the right it looks like a color.
They are probably updating this type of menu…

I tried SwiftData and I didn't particularly like it, the data management is too tied to the lifecycle of the views.
I have already prepared a new build, it will introduce multilingual support and new screenshots!

Maybe the “Continue as guest” option could be silent and removed from the screen. If the user dismisses the login form without logging in then a guest account is created.
