What's your worst retrospective experience?
As a baby scrum master, I attempted "Postcards from the Sprint" without realizing 1 team member was *very* self-conscious about drawing. I keep those postcards to remind me to know my team. #scrum #agile #retrospectives
The fall project was to hide all the trash barrels & create just a little extra storage. Still needs some finishing touches but those may wait until spring. (The barrel next to the shed is yard waste that needs to be composted)
Recently started doing podcasts on "Being Agile" & loving every minute of it! Hopefully we'll be able to spring an episode or two out of the corporate network, just need the proper approvals... #Agile #BeingAgile

Exactly. I try to continue to facilitate retrospectives or drop in to a standup as an observer as a "health check". Always keep the lines of communication open when possible.
And avoiding zombies is probably the #1 problem I've encountered too. I do appreciate PO/manager attendance at DSUs to influence *slight* adjustments to the daily goals (e.g. to emphasize importance of triaging a new bug) but it requires coaching to achieve the right balance.
A Scrum Master's purpose is to help a team become self-organizing. You succeed when you're no longer needed.
This isn't scary when you know there's always another team that needs your help (or a larger project to tackle).
