I think the “Why” should be higher and emphasize what benefits one might have in using this. Even if not a direct comparison with things you aren’t familiar with, there has to be benefits to structuring your persistence data in this way.

My main hope for this ruling is that forcing Apple to drop restrictions around outside payments makes them compete on the merits of the App Store itself. I would personally prefer to make all of my purchases through the App Store but it could use some major improvements for buyers _and_ sellers.
