So if the world feels chaotic, it’s not because you’re failing. It’s because many people are disconnected from themselves.

I tell my teenagers a lot of adults are stuck inside their personality patterns.

They are trying to:
- Think their way out of pain
- Control their feelings
- Distract themselves
- Or fix everyone else

Without learning how to let their deeper self lead.

Some learn to be strong & in control.
Some learned to be helpful & pleasing.
Some learned to hide, think a lot, or stay busy.

None are “bad”
But issues surface when you think “this is who I am” instead of “ this is a strategy I learned”

You’re bigger than any label.

Personality isn’t who you are.
It’s how you learned to survive.

4. Your deeper self. This is the quiet part of you that knows when something is true. The part that since his purpose. The part that feels like “me” underneath everything else.

All of these parts of us are supposed to be in conversation with each other. They all have a relationship.

Every human has four basic parts.

1. Your mind. This is how you think, a plan, imagine, and make meaning.

2. Your heart. This is where you feel things. Love, fear, anger, sadness, excitement, care.

3. Your body. This is how you move, act, protect yourself, create, and show up in the world.

Growing up is not about “fixing” yourself.

It’s about how to run your inner world without being run by it.

Your mind listens instead of attacking.
Your heart feels without being overwhelmed.
Your body knows when to act and when to rest.
Your deeper self is allowed to lead.

There is no resolution through self-improvement alone. Emotional work, personality refinement is endless without contact with what transcends the psyche. Fulfillment comes when the Holy of Holies is alive within the human pattern.

Shadows exist. Dysfunction exists.
But shadow is not the source of the pattern.
Beneath personality distortions are creative forces of Creation itself, moving through our human capacities.
Truth through the heart.
Love through the heart.
Life through the body.
Sovereign Presence through the spirit.

We aren’t in a healthy system. Humanity exists in a fractured relational field. Mind, heart, & body are often in conflict. True service doesn’t come to “fix” people or identify with brokenness. It happens when we enter the broken field consciously, with compassion & perspective, bringing coherence.

Do not wait for ideal conditions to embody your presence. Be that radiant presence now. Stand upright in the temple of Being and let Divine command through your capacities.

All this to offer love that is real, strong, unshakable, and wise.
